摘要
模拟82B盘条在生产轧制过程的热处理工艺状况,在实验室进行了热处理试验和金相分析,并开展了生产试验。试验分析表明:通过控制吐丝温度和冷却速度,可以改善和减轻脆性组织,提高82B的综合性能,但要其彻底改善,必须降低连铸坯中心偏析的程度。
The heat treatment test and metallagraphic structure are analysed in the laboratory through simulating heat treatment process of 82B wire rod rolling. The result shows that brittle microstrueture, is improved and decreased,comprehensive properties of 82B wire rod are raised by laying temperature and cooling rate of control. But further improving its properties, center segregation of continuous casting must be decreased.
