摘要
通过改善40 kg试验用小焦炉的密封性、炉膛中增加硅碳棒桥砖,增加耐火砖和保温石棉,增加热电偶套管及工艺改进等措施,提高了焦炉的保温、升温等性能和试验的结焦率,延长了焦炉的使用寿命。
The properties of insulation and heating of coke oven are raised, coke yield is raised by process improvement of 40 kg small coke oven, for example, improving sealing, increasing silicon-carbon brick, refractory brick, insulation asbestos and thermowell in furnace. Meanwhile, service life of coke oven is prolonged.
