摘要
大型电视塔塔筒结构中,大直径圆筒一般用纵向法兰板和摩擦型高强螺栓拼接为受力整体,在工程当中一般不考虑连接的不连续性而仍把结构视为连续圆筒,先进性整体分析得出结构的应力然后再确定螺栓规格和尺寸,由于这种连接螺栓数量众多,接触复杂,因此确定摩擦面和高强螺栓的受力状况十分困难。所以对于这种连接的整体性和螺栓群的受力情况及其分布规律还没有确定性的结论,目前这方面的研究资料相对较少,借助有限元软件对这种连接形式作了分析,得出了法兰接触面上的剪应力分布特点和螺栓内力分布规律。
In large high-rise TV tower structures, the big diameter tower-silo is usually connected by vertical-flange with high-strength bolts. The structural internal forces is first analyzed and then the bolt standard and size are determined. The tower-silo is usually seen as continuous structure without taking into consideration the discontinuity of bolt connection. It' s difficult to determine the stress state because of the complex contact and too many bolts. Until now, there have been few researches on this aspect. In this paper, some analysis is made about the problem with the aid of finite element software to get the distribution characteristics of the stress and bolt internal force.
