摘要
目的观察金属烤瓷冠因边缘形态变化而对牙龈健康的影响。方法对590颗金属烤瓷冠分别采用3种不同的边缘形态进行牙体预备，在修复后0.5-6a进行复查。观察牙龈色泽，牙龈指数及牙周探诊深度的变化，有其中两项检侧阳性者表明出现牙龈病变。用统计学方法分析修复体边缘形态与牙龈病变间的关系。结果金属烤瓷冠边缘呈刃状者，牙龈病变发生率较高且随时间增加而差异有显著性。结论金属烤瓷冠边缘形态对牙龈健康具有明显影响。
Objective To evaluate the effect of marginal types of mental-ceramic crown on gingival health. Methods Of the PFM 590, respectively, using three kinds of different forms of the edge of tooth preparation, in the repair from 6 months to 6 years after the review. Including gingival color, gingival index（GI） , and depth of probing were observed. Two of the three indexes were positive. The relationship between marginal designs and gingivitis was statistically analyzed. Results The cases with knife marginal shape had higher incidence of gingival diseases. And the incidence increased significantly with the increase of restoration time. Conclusion The shape of mental-ceramic crown margin has obvious effects on gingival health.
