摘要
足球运动被誉称为当今天下第一运动,它集对抗性、观赏性、悬疑性、商业性于一体,在全世界拥有最多的球迷、爱好者和赞助商等,其比赛的胜负往往能产生巨大的影响力。而一支球队的核心球员往往左右着比赛的看点,掣肘着门票的价格,决定着胜负的悬念,通常被冠以比赛制胜的灵魂,危急时刻场上的教练、带领队伍力挽狂澜的领导,球队商业运作的名片等。由此可见核心球员的领导力是带领队伍走向成功、发展壮大的重要保障。运用协同学的思想和方法对核心球员领导力的提升展开探讨,探寻一种以竞争与合作为双重推动力,建立在偶然与必然的相互作用之上的领导力提升之路。
Soccer was known as the best sports movement in the world today, it sets confrontational, ornamental, suspense, and commercial in one, it has the largest number of fans, favorites, sponsors and so on in the word, the outcome of its game can often have a tremendous influence. And the core players of a team player often are in charge of the match＇ s focus, handing the ticket price, determining the outcome of sLispense, their statuses are often called the soul of winning games, the live coach on the critical nmment,and a leader that lead team to turn the tide , the team＇s card on business operations. This shows that leader- ship of the core players is an important guarantee for leading the team to get success, development and growth,as well as the personal qualities of the core of players. This paper attempts to use synergetic ideas and methods to start the interpretation with promoting the core players＇leadership, and exploring a way upgrades leadership which contains a dual driving force including competition and cooperation, this way is based on the interaction of haphazard and inevitability.
