摘要
目的探讨胃癌根治术中脾损伤的处理方法及经验。方法回顾性分析和总结我院1995年1月-2009年2月行胃癌根治术中发生脾损伤40例患者的临床资料。结果所有患者术后未发生再出血、膈下感染、吻合口瘘、休克等并发症。全部均痊愈出院。8例得到随访。结论术中脾损伤的发现及时处理对于手术成功相当重要，应引起术者的重视。
Objective To explore the treatment methods and experience, of splenic injury in radical gastrectomy. Methods To retrospectively analysis and summary of out hospital from Ianuary 1995 to February 2009 40 cases of splenic injury in radical gastrectomy patients. Results All cases did not occur, subphrenic infection,anastomotic leakage after re-bleeding,and the complications such as shock did not occur. All were cured. 8cases have been followed up. Conclusion in time to deal with the lntraoperative splenic injury discovery,and it si very important for the succesful surgery, and the operationer should be attention for it.
