摘要
目的观察稳心颗粒治疗病窦综合征的疗效和安全性。方法将60例病窦综合征患者分为稳心颗粒治疗组和对照组,比较两组治疗对临床症状的改善情况和快速心律失常的控制情况,通过生化指标和辅助检查结果评价其安全性。结果稳心颗粒对临床症状的改善和快速心律失常控制均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论稳心颗粒治疗病窦综合征有较好的疗效和安全性。
Objective To observe curative effect and safety of wenxin granules for curing sick sinus syndrome. Methods 60 eases patients suffering sick sinus syndrome are divided into curing group with wenxin granules and control group, and relief of the clinical symptoms and control of the tachyarrhythmia between two groups are compared, while the safety is reviewed by bio- chemical indicator and results of auxiliary examination. Results Group cured with wenxin granules outweigh ontrol group on relief of the clinical symptoms and control of the tachyarrhythmia ,with a significant deviation. Conclusion Wenxin granules have a better curative effect and safety for curing sick sinus syndrome.
