摘要
目的观察了老年慢性收缩性心力衰竭加用中药注射液治疗的临床疗效。方法收集了我病区108例慢性收缩性心力衰竭的老年患者,随机分为两组,每组54例。治疗组加用参麦注射液,黄芪注射液静脉滴注,连续用药3个疗程后判定疗效。结果治疗组显效率33.3%,有效率61.1%,总有效率94.4%;对照组显效率29.6%,有效率63%,总有效率92.6%;两组疗效相当(χ2=0.216,P>0.05)。治疗组EF(心脏射血分数)值明显高于对照组(t=2.676,P<0.01)。结论在西药治疗的基础上,加用中药注射液治疗老年慢性收缩性心力衰竭,可有效增加EF值,改善患者的预后,不良反应少,应用安全,值得临床推广。
Objective Observation of the contraction of elderly patients with chronic heart failure and treatment with Chinese medicine injection of clinical efficacy. Methods 108 cases of chronic heart failure contraction of the elderly were randomly divided into two groups. Each of 54 cases. The treatment group used Shengmai injection and Huangqi injection. Evaluated drug efficacy after three treatments. Results The treatment group obtaied significant efficiency（33.3%）, 61.1% efficiency, The total efficiency was 94.4%. Significieney efficiency of the control group was 29.6% and 63% efficiency. The total efficiency was 92.6%. The two groups efficacy was similar （X^2=0.216, P〉0.05）. Treatment group EF was significantly higher（t=2.676,P〈0.01）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine injection can effectively increase EF value in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic systolic heart failure to improve the prognosis of patients. They were fewer side effects and application seentity.
