摘要 目的寻找更便捷和经济的CRT手术方式。方法对照研究Amplatz导管植入冠状静脉窦(CS)与传统方法在手术成功率及经济效益方面的差异。结果与传统方法比较,用Amplatz导管帮助下行冠状静脉造影可明显缩短手术时间和提高手术成功率,同时手术费用也明显下降。结论CRT术中用Amplatz导管多能更顺利完成冠状静脉造影,同时有较好的经济效益比。 Objective Evaluate on easilier and more economic CRT operational method. Methods Research the difference of rate in susessful operation and cost between using Amplatz and traditional method. Results Comparing with the traditional method, coronary vein angiography by Amplatz catheter was easilier to carry out and less cost. Conclusion Coronary vein angiography by Amplatz catheter bettle than traditional method.
