摘要 介绍了两种基于冲击与自锁、以压板为压紧元件的面接触式手动夹具的工作原理,并给出了相应的力学计算公式。这两种夹具具有结构简单、夹紧力大、接触应力小、操作方便及制造工艺性好等特点。 Two face-contact impulse clamping devices using pressure plate as clamps based on impacting and self- locking working principle are introduced. Their mechanics calculating formulae were given out. These two clamping devices are very simple in structure and can get a very large output clamping force. And they have small contact stress. In addition, they are very convenient in operation and can be made very easily.
