摘要
通过研究和分析目前砂带磨削机构方面存在的一些问题,研发出一种CM20型砂带磨头,完成了样机的设计。和传统的磨削机构相比,它能够比较经济地以车代磨,同时能适应不同材料的磨削要求。
After studying and analyzing some problems of the current belt grinding machines, CM20 type abrasive belt grinding machine was developed, the design was accomplished. Compared with the traditional grinding machines, it will adapt to the grinding requirements of different materials and resolve the problem of replacing grinder with lathe.
