摘要
进行了一个用于微细电火花加工的三维精密运动平台设计。对平台的传动方式、布局结构、通信模块等关键环节进行了详细分析,并进行了平台搭建工作,在此基础上测试了平台的性能。试验结果表明,该机构的动态性能和稳态性能良好,实现的双向步进运动可以达到纳米至微米量级的定位精度。
This thesis mainly introduces the design of a delicate three-dimensional mobile platform used for micro- EDM. In the paper we give a detailed analysis on some key links, such as the platform' transmission way, layout structure and communication module and also build the platform. On the basis of this, we test its capability. The test proves that the its dynamic and steady performance are good and the implemented two-direction linear stepping motion reaches the accuracy of nano and micron.
