尼龙6/改性MCA复合材料的力学性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 在三聚氰胺和氰尿酸反应过程中加入SiO2溶胶,制备改性三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐(MCA)。将改性的MCA和尼龙6熔融共混制得尼龙6/改性MCA复合材料。用扫描电镜(SEM)、万能拉伸试验机对复合材料的结构和力学性能进行了表征,结果表明,改性MCA在尼龙6中分散良好,尼龙6/改性MCA复合材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度均比尼龙6/未改性MCA复合材料有较大提高。 Modified melamine cyanurate (MCA) was prepared by adding silica sol during the reaction of melamine with cyanuric acid. Nylon 6/modified MCA composites were obtained by blending nylon 6 with the modified MCA. Structure and mechanical properties of the composites were investigated by means of SEM and Universal Tensile Tester. The results showed a good dispersibility of the modified MCA in nylon 6, tensile strength and flexural strength of the nylon 6/modified MCA composites were all improved.
