摘要
目的建立一种大鼠脾动脉选择性插管的方法,为大鼠脾动脉灌注栓塞治疗等相关实验提供可靠的实验途径。材料与方法20只大鼠中,分离并暂时结扎大鼠肝固有动脉、胃左动脉、腹腔干动脉后,经胃十二指肠动脉插管超选至脾动脉主干。结果15只选择性插管成功且术后恢复良好。结论经胃十二指肠动脉插管超选至脾动脉方法简单、成功率高,术后死亡率低、并发症少,提高了脾的灌注栓塞治疗等相关研究的可靠性与准确性。
Objective To set up a method for superselective catheterized splenic artery in the rat , in order to provide a reliable way for related experiments. Materials and Methods The hepatic inherent artery, left gastric artery and coeliac trunk were separated and ligated temporarily, and selectively catheterized splenic artery through gastroduodenal artery was done in 20 rats. Results Among 20 rats, 15 rats were catheterized successfully and survived after the operation. Conclusion The method of selectively catheterized splenic artery through gastroduodenal artery is easy, the success ratio is high, the mortality rate is low and complications are few, it improve reliability and accuracy of related experiments.
