Design of DCS Control System for Coal Water Mixture Production Line

摘要 以南海水煤浆厂为对象,介绍了水煤浆的生产工艺。利用和利时公司的ConMaker和FacView软件设计了水煤浆生产线DCS控制系统,确定了系统的体系结构,对相关硬件进行了配置,制定了控制方案并设计了控制系统程序。结果表明,该控制系统能达到良好的控制效果,设备与工艺参数得到有效监控。 According to Nanhai coal water mixture plant ,the production flow of coal water mixture was introduced.The DCS control system was designed by using Conmaker and Facview software of Hollysys company,mainly including the control system frame,hardware configuration,control schemes and control programme.Resuh show the control system has good effect ,and the equipments and the technics parameters were monitored and controlled effectively.
