摘要
针对传统便携式甲烷检测仪的漏判隐患问题,运用模糊推理技术提出一种新型便携式检测仪设计方案,并基于模糊单片机NLX230进行实现。新型检测仪充分考虑了气体浓度及其变化率对危险程度的影响,推理输出的危险系数值和自然语言值能够更为准确、直观地反映混合气体危险程度。实验结果表明,该方案具有较高的灵敏性、稳定性和直观性,显著提高了检测可靠性,能够很好地满足便携检测的要求。
In order to solve the problems of the traditional methane detector, a novel solution based on fuzzy microcontroller was present, and the system was achieved according to NLX230. In the solution, the gas concentration and its variety rate were detected adequately, it offered convenience to know the dangerous degree for gas. The ex- perimental results show that the detector has the characteristic of high sensitivity, stability and intuitionism. The reliability can be enhanced markedly, and the detector satisfies the portable detection requirement.
