合成气装置脱硫设备损伤分析及治理 被引量:3

摘要 对合成气装置脱硫设备、脱硫塔及脱硫后分离器严重损伤及破裂事故性质和起因进行分析。它们分别由16MnR及304奥氏体不锈钢制成。分析表明,两种设备损伤均由硫或硫化物低温腐蚀所引起,前者属严重全面腐蚀及坑状腐蚀,并导致穿孔泄漏;后者属硫化物应力腐蚀开裂。介质中含有较多硫及硫化物是产生上述破坏的主要原因,也存在容器用材及制造工艺方面的问题。文中提出防止和控制上述问题的技术措施。对脱硫塔采用表面复合复层技术,有效地防治了相关损伤及破坏,经两年运行考验,塔体完好无损。该工作对以高含硫油、气做为原料的化工设备低温防腐具有重要参考价值。 Character and reason for damage and fracture accident of the desulfurizer equipments of synthesis gas plant desulfurizing tower and post desulfurizing knock - out drum were studied. They were made of 16MnR or 304 austnite stainless steel plates respectively. The tests show that both accidents were caused by low temperature corrosion of sulphur and sulphide. The former is serious general corrosion and pit corrosion lend to leaking. The latter is stress corrosion cracking. There was more sulphur and sulphide content in medium, it is mainly causes bring out above ruptures. Besides, vessel materials and fabrication process exist some unfavourable factors. This paper gave corresponding prevention measures. The specific surface composite coating technique was used in the desulfurizing tower, and it effectively checked corrosion damage tendency of the equipments. The tower body was perfect in two years service. Above works have important reference role for anti - low temperature corrosion of chemical equipments processing high sour crude and gas.
