摘要
介绍了依照国外工程标准设计、制造的高温高压立式废热锅炉的结构特点,结合废热锅炉所用材料以及介质在设备内的流程,在管、壳程介质入口和出口的防热冲击和防磨损的装置方面,壳体内的高密度耐热水泥防护层,管束布管方式,管板表面堆焊低硬度碳钢隔离层,以及管箱法兰和管板密封面堆焊镍基合金的O形环密封形式等方面,做出了详细的分析,为类似设备的结构设计提供了借鉴。
This paper introduces the structural characteristics of high temperature and high pressure waste heat boiler designed and manufactured in accordance with the foreign engineering standards. To link with materials used on equipment and media flow, a detailed analysis about anti -shock and anti -wear devices near inlet and outlet, high -density heat -resistant cement layer, tubes layout, tube sheet weld overlay, as well as nickel - based alloy O - ring seal form were put forward. A reference for similar equipment structure designing was provided.
