摘要
劳工阶层是我国现阶段的重要社会群体,做好劳工阶层保护工作,对于建设社会主义和谐社会有着十分重要的作用和意义。文章提出了解决劳工保护问题的重要性,阐述了现阶段我国企业劳工保护存在的问题,并从完善法律、社会监督体制、建立健全多方合作机制和社会工作专业人才介入四个方面,提出了保护劳工利益的对策。
The laborer is an important social group in China. Protecting the laborer plays a very important effect and meaning in building a socialism harmonious society. The author tells us that it is very important to work out the problem of the laborer protected. And several problems of the laborer protected in china are told. In order to solve these problems about laborers＇ benefits damaged, four countermeasures including consummating law, the system of society supervising, system of muhipartite cooperation and the social worker intervention, are mentioned.
