摘要
基于分形维数对图像进行块分割，提出了一种混合编码方法，引入不变矩限制匹配块的搜索范围．实验证明，在保持解码图像质量的同时提高了压缩比，并大大减少了编码时间．
Proposed a hybrid coding method, a block segmentation based on fractal dimensions is used, and introduced a invariant image moment to confine searching ranges.Experiments show that the compression ratio is improved and coding time is rreduced markedly, while the quality of decoding image is maintained.
