摘要
文章结合实际,从社会环境、毕业生自身和学校就业工作情况等三方面分析了新形势下毕业生就业存在的问题和障碍。针对存在的问题,从就业市场建设、学生就业观念教育、就业指导课程体系等方面,浅谈了一些做法和途径,促进大学生职业规划教育和大学生就业指导与服务建设,使毕业生实现充分就业。
The article, in terms of the social environment, school graduates and employment work, analyzes the problems of employment in new situation. In connection with the existing problems, the article discusses some practice and methods concerning the construction of the employment market, concept education of students＇ employmerit and the courses for employment guidance. All these practice and methods promote the education of students＇ career planning and the guidance and service for employment to achieve the full employment.
