摘要
当前,高校大学新生心理问题日渐凸显,心理危机事件时有发生。而高校作为培养高素质人才的摇篮,有效的思想政治教育是培养学生健全人格、良好个性、优秀品格的重要保证。因此,研究当前大学生心理健康,加强对高校新生心理健康和思想政治教育,并相互结合,对促使高校新生身心协调发展、健康成长具有十分重要的意义。
At present, the college freshmen＇ s psychological problem gradually becomes salient, psychological crises happen from time to time. For the university as the cradle of raising high-quality talents, the effective ideological and political education is the guarantee for training a student＇ s perfect personality, good individuality, and excellent morality. Therefore, studying the college freshman psychological health and combining the mental health education with the ideological and political education are very significant to improving the college freshmen＇ s physical and mental health.
