摘要
如何培养本科信息人才的实际开发能力,使他们能够加入到教师科研团队中发挥作用,是一个值得探讨的问题。文章就本科信息人才在科研团队中的培养新模式进行探索,总结出了一套培养方针和培养模式。
Informatics is a subject focusing on practice. There are a large number of undergraduate students in informatics departments, but these students do not build up a very solid subject foundation for real projects. How to improve undergraduate students＇ skill in real project development and make them join teacher＇ s research group is an important issue. The paper proposes a set of teaching methods to enhance students＇ ability in project developments. Based on students＇ feedback, the teaching model greatly contributes to the improvement of their creative spirit and engineering skills.
