摘要
资源产业制度由市场制度和政策制度构成,资源产业市场制度变迁包含市场经济制度创新和产权制度创新。论文立足于满足经济社会可持续发展要求的资源产业制度变迁安排,即主要以涵括推动产业技术创新根本动力的资源产业制度的市场经济制度变迁为出发点,运用产业技术创新的有关理论,经过规范的理论推导,得出资源产业制度变迁对产业技术创新的激励是根本的、长期的、全方位的结论。
Market system and policy system constitute resources industrial system. The resources industrial system vicissitude includes market economic system innovation and property system innovation. This paper, aiming at the sustainable development, applies some new theories regarding industrial technical innovation to discuss the technical innovation drive and resources industrial system vicissitude, and draws a conclusion that resources industrial system vicissitude plays a fundamental and long-term role in driving the industrial technical innovation.
