血红蛋白水平对非小细胞肺癌放射治疗的影响

摘要 ①目的探讨血红蛋白水平与非小细胞肺癌放射治疗后的生存率及治疗效果的关系。②方法对我院放射治疗为主的40例非小细胞肺癌的资料（以首次放疗前1-2天为准,Hb〈120g/L定义为贫血）进行回顾性分析。③结果Hb≥120g/L组的总有效率（CR＋PR）为79.2%;1年生存率54.2%（13/24）。Hb〈120g/L组的总有效率（CR＋PR）为50.0%;1年生存率25.0%（4/16）（P〈0.05）。④结论Hb≥120g/L的非小细胞肺癌患者的治疗有效率和生存率高。
