摘要
社团组织的存在与繁荣蕴含着深刻的政治和经济背景,作为与政府和市场并列的第三体系,社团组织有其自身独特的基本特征,即非营利性、民间性、自治性。目前我国社团组织发展过程中还需解决社团组织主体资格的法律规制、社团组织与政府关系以及社团组织内部管理等法律问题。
The existence and prosperity of society organizations contain profound political and economic background. As the third system side by side with the market and the government, society organizations have their own unique special features, that is, non-profit, civil society, and autonomy. In the development of China＇s society organizations, issues needed to be addressed are legal regulation of the society organizations main body qualification, the relations between society organizations and government, and the internal management of society organizations and so on.
