摘要
高等教育国际化背景下,地方高校的外事管理部门应积极探索外事工作的新思路、新模式,转变管理理念和管理职能,加大"请进来"和"走出去"的力度,加强对外事人员的人力资源管理,追求教学资源和教学成果的"国际化",搭建现代化信息交流平台,充分发挥外事工作在高等教育国际化进程中的"龙头"作用,积极应对高等教育国际化带来的挑战和机遇。
Internationalization of higher education is a double-edged sword. In the context of internationalization of higher education, foreign affairs office in a local university shall explore a new way to undertake various international exchange and cooperation activities, i.e. update its managerial culture and function, strengthen its measures in ＂introducing international intelligence＂ and ＂sending staff/student abroad＂, optimize its international staff team, seek an international sharing of teaching resources and teaching results as well as building up a modernized and informationized platform for international communication, so as to maximize its ＂leading role＂ in facing up to the challenges and opportunities that internationalization of higher education has brought about.
