摘要
发动机在运行过程中,活塞受到多个力的作用,活塞又因自身结构复杂,所以在活塞损坏时很难找到造成失效的真正原因。本文通过利用有限元分析技术,对实际生产及实验中的发动机失效分析进行指导,确定失效零部件的真正原因及失效机理。通过有限元分析找到的薄弱部位有针对性地提出改进措施,在台架试验中验证改进措施及分析结果的有效性。
The real reason induced the piston failure which happened during the engine running conditions is very difficult to justify. FEA is adopted for determining the high output piston failure initial position and the failure mechanism. The weakness zone and the safety coefficient are analyzed by Ansys software. The analysis results for the piston optimization are verified by the engine durability test.
