摘要
目的探讨泪囊鼻腔吻合术后泪道复发性阻塞的再手术方法。方法回顾分析鼻内镜治疗21例（21眼）泪囊鼻腔吻合术后泪道复发性阻塞的临床资料。结果术后随访6—12月，治愈19例，有效2例，治愈率90．48％。结论经鼻内镜治疗泪囊鼻腔吻合术后泪道复发性阻塞是一种有效的选择。
Objective To study the surgical operation method to recurrence of nasolacrimal duct obstruction after endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods There were 21 cases （ 21 eyes） whose nasolacrimal duct were obstructed after endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy and they received re-operation with intranasal dacryocystorhinostomy between Augest, 2005 and Augest, 2007. Results Being foUowed up 6 - 12 months, 19 cases were cured and 2 cases valid, the cure rate was 90. 48%. Conclusions Intranasal dacryocystorhinostomy was a kind of valid choice to treat of recurrence of nasolacrimal duct obstruction after endonasal dacryocystorhinostomy.
