摘要
目的探讨眶周骨折的手术治疗方法。方法59例眶周骨折者进行分类并对它们的临床治疗进行分析,有无面部畸形、功能障碍。结果55例获得了良好的治疗效果,4例效果不理想,其中2例为术后远期复视恢复不全,2例术后感染,予以对症处理及取出固定夹板。结论眶骨骨折治疗必须根据骨折类型、手术适应证、手术时机选择合适的治疗方法。
Objective To explore the clinical analysis of the surgical operation treatment of orbital fracture. Methods 59 cases were selected to classificate and analyze the results of clinical treatment, it is whether have face abnormal, functional obstacle. Results 55 eases acquired satisfied treatment result; 4 patients were dissatisfied, 2 cases of pestsurgery diplopia,2 cases of postsurgery infection which healed after taking out the plates. Conclusions Treatment of orbital fracture must choose appropriate method based of fracture type, surgical operation adaption, and the time of surgical operation.
