摘要
利用二硫化碳与碱醇液的特性反应,先使清防蜡剂中的二硫化碳与KOH乙醇溶液反应生成黄原酸盐,再用碘量法滴定黄原酸盐,在空白试样测定中以乙醇代替碱乙醇溶液。此法克服了将碘量法直接用于油基清防蜡剂中二硫化碳的定量测定时油水不互溶、空白测定结果不准确的困难。颜色较深的清防蜡剂与碱醇液反应完全后可用水适当稀降,以方便滴定终点的判定。
sing the characteristic reaction of CS2 with alkali and alcohol, the CS2 in waxing inhibitors/wax dissolvers is let react with KOHethanol solution to form a xanthogenate and the later is determined by iodometric titration. In blank experiments ethanol is added instead of KOHethanol solution. This method can be readily used to oil base waxing inhibitors/wax dissolvers even when they are dark colored. The minimal detectable amount of CS2 is 0.1%.
