摘要
作为网络环境下一种新型的作品版权许可授权机制,知识共享许可协议在世界各地受到了极大的关注。本文在分析知识共享协议的内容基础上,从知识共享、知识产权保护以及在我国的适用性角度对其进行了探讨和分析。
As a new mechanism for the copyright license of the digital works in the network environment, Crea- tive Commons License has attracted much attention in the world. Based on the analysis of the content of Creative Commons License, this article discusses the Creative Commons License in terms of knowledge sharing, intellectual property right and its applicability in China.
