摘要
文章通过分析当前高校图书馆电子文献传递服务发展现状与特点,指出高校馆文献传递工作存在的问题及不足,并以西北师范大学图书馆为例,介绍如何根据该馆文献传递服务的实际特点和读者需要,创新工作思路与方法,构建用户"零距离"的文献传递服务系统。
With the analysis of the status quo and characteristics of electronic document delivery service in uni- versity libraries, this article points out the problems and deficiencies in document delivery service in university li- braries, and taking Northwest Normal University Library as an example, expounds how to innovate the ideas and methods of information service and how to construct an electronic document delivery service system with zero distance to users in accordance with the characteristics of the local library and the user demand in document delivery service.
