摘要
随着图书馆的数字化、网络化发展,图书馆网站信息服务质量满意测评变得极为重要。本文提出了针对图书馆网站满意的宏观测评方案与微观诊断方案,即将已构建的图书馆网站用户满意测评模型——ICSI-L模型用于宏观测评分析,以帮助各图书馆网站寻找用户满意的改进方向,然后各图书馆网站可根据微观诊断方案结合自己的特点再对微观影响因素进行分析。最后,基于微观诊断方案本文还提供了相应的微观诊断满意测评软件,从而为满意测评推广提供了技术平台。
With the development of digital library and network library, it is critical for library Website to assess user satisfaction with information service quality. This paper puts forward a macroscopic assessment project and a mi- crocosmic diagnosis project, that is, using the constructed user satisfaction assessment model for library Website, ICSI - L for macroscopic assessment so as to help the library Website find out the direction for improvement, then, analyzing the microcosmic influential factors of hbrary Website according to the microcosmic diagnosis project and in combination with the characters of the library Website. Finally, the paper offers the satisfaction assessment software for microcosmic diagnosis based on the microcosmic diagnosis project, providing a technical platform for popularizing satisfaction assessment.
