摘要
采用分散法工艺制备了高浓度超细二氧化硅水性分散系,对分散系中粒子的表面Zeta电位以及分散系的流变行为进行研究,结果表明,采取母液法和高pH值的分散介质可以得到高度分散、高度稳定的胶态分散系。
The disperse method were used to prepare concentrated aqueous dispersion of the ultrafine SiO_2 powder. The surfacial Zeta potential of the particle and rheology of the obtained dispersion are researched. The results indicate that the indirect method and high pH disperse media can promote to form a high disperse and very stable colloidal dispersion.
