摘要
本文归纳了解决复杂巨系统问题时遇到的困难，给出了解决复杂巨系统问题的一般分析步骤，研究了用综合集成技术研究解决复杂巨系统问题的方法。综合集成包括“知识集成”和“系统综合”两层含义。“知识集成”包括四项支撑技术：分布式网络、信息融合、定性定量相结合、专家研讨。
In this paper, we conclude the difficulties when people solve the complex giant system problems(OCGS), propose a general analysis step to solve the problems, and discuss inevitability of using Metasynthetic Engineering(ME) to research OCGS problems. ME includes two parts: integrating knowledge and synthesizing system. Integrating knowledge is supported by these technologies: distributed network, information fusion technique, combining quantitative and qualitative methods, and domain experts discussion.
