摘要
按照"资源共享、优势互补"的整合优化原则,大庆市图书馆与大庆石油学院图书馆合并建立地区信息资源中心馆,搭建大庆地区公共文化服务体系。中心馆加强自身内涵建设,构建工作质量内部监控体系,全面提高管理水平和服务质量,推动大庆地区图书馆事业更快地发展。
According to the integrated and optional principle “sharing of the resources and mutual supplement of superiority”,Daqing Library and Daqing Petroleum Institute combine together to set up local central library of information resources, and establish Daqing local public cultural service system. About the central library,the self-substance would be enhanced, the internal monitoring system be established, the service quality be improved fully, and the full-scale development of the local library be rapidly promoted.
