摘要
本文介绍了在低噪声放大器LNA中使用的芯片MMIC MGA-87563的特征、电路结构。通过对MMIC MGA-87563噪声指数及增益的分析,来改善LNA的性能。使得在接收端接收到微弱信号时,能不受噪声干扰而进行放大、传送到下一级。这样就提高了信号传输的可靠性。
The text introduces the MMIC MGA-87563 features and the circuit structure that used in the low-noise amplifier. Through the MMIC MGA-87563 noise figure and gain analysis, to improve the performance of LNA. When Received termination receive the weak signals, the signal can be enlarge and send to the next level without noise disturbance . This will improve the reliability of signal transmission.
