摘要
依据资本经营的一般要求，结合通信企业的特殊性，对通信企业资本经营的特点进行讨论。
This paper discusses the capital operation characteristic of the communications enterprise according the general capital operation regulations, corresponding to the special demand by this enterprise. Then it probes in the mode of the operation in this enterprise.
