摘要
目的总结穿刺置细管闭式引流术治疗老年自发性局限性气胸的临床经验。方法回顾性分析我院2003年1月至2008年12月共收治的老年自发性气胸56例,根据胸片或CT定位判定为局限性气胸,采用细引流管以穿刺的方式置入胸腔予以闭式引流治疗。结果患者手术时间为10～15min,56例患者有16人因引流管阻塞需要疏通,6例因漏气需要更换为粗管,其中5人接受胸腔镜手术。拔管时间为6.2±2.7天。所有患者可以良好耐受。结论穿刺置入细管施行胸腔闭式引流术是一种有效的治疗措施,只要病人选择恰当则疗效切实,值得临床推广。
Objective To report the experiences on the treatment of local spontaneous pneumothorax for old patients by water sealed drainage with small bore catheter. Methods 56 old patients with local spontaneous pneumothorax treated by water sealed drainage with small bore catheter were analyzed retrospectively from January 2003 to December 2008. Results The operation time ranged from 10 minutes to 15 minutes. Of all the 56 patients, 16 cases needed flushing the silted catheters, 6 cases altered to traditional chest tube drainage, and 5 cases finally underwent thoracoscopic operations. The time to discharge drainage is 6.2±2.7 days. Conclusions Water sealed drainage with small bore catheter is effective on the treatment of local spontaneous pneumothorax for appropriate old patients .
