摘要
目的探讨烧伤并发腹腔间隙综合征(ACS)的诊断、预防和治疗。方法对11例重度烧伤合并腹腔间隙综合征患者的临床资料进行分析。结果7例经治疗症状缓解,平稳渡过危险,痊愈出院,4例死亡。结论合理控制休克期补液的质与量,加强病因治疗和全身综合支持疗法,及早诊断腹腔间隙综合征,给予有效的腹腔减压是治疗ACS、减少多器官功能障碍综合征发生的关键。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and the treatment of serious bums injury with abdominal compartment syndrome （ACS）. Methods Analyzing the 11 cases of serious bums injury with abdominal compartment syndrome from 2004.1 to 2008.8. Resealts Among these 11 cases, 7 cases were cured. The rest 4 cases were inefficacy. Conclusion Controlled measure fluid replacement in the shock stage, strengthening （improve） the treatment with pathogeny and combined supportive treatment, early detection of intra-abdominal hypertension, timely abdominal decompression are vital for the management of ACS in bum patients.
