摘要
资本的流出可以通过一定的渠道促进母国产业结构优化。在选取合适的传导变量、构建恰当的计量模型的基础上,以1985年—2007年的时间序列数据为样本,实证分析了对外直接投资对我国产业结构调整的影响。结果显示,对外直接投资主要通过进口结构、技术进步、就业结构和固定资本四种路径影响我国产业结构的调整。
Capital flow-out can promote the industrial structure optimization of home country. By using the time serial data from 1985 to 2007, an empirical analysis is carried out to study the channels of Chinese outward direct investment （ODI） affecting its industrial struc- ture in terms of appropriate conducting variables and quantitative models. It is shown that ODI affects Chinese industrial structure mainly through the different impacts of import structure, technical progress, composition of employment and gross fixed capital formation.
