摘要
本文针对大朝山水电站工程总布置、施工导流规划以及工程总进度的特点，回顾和总结了截流工程设计中三个重大技术问题的决策过程和经验教训。
This paper reviews and summarises the decision-making process for three major technical issues in the design of the river closure works and their experience and lesson in accordance with the general layout,the construction diversion planning and the general construction schedule of the Dachaoshan Hydropower project.
