摘要 本文介绍了研制的FH40高强度船板钢连续冷却时的相变规律。FH40船板钢连续冷却时的相变产物是多种显微组织的混合物,在450~700℃的温度范围内,以3—18℃/s的速度冷却时,形成准多边形铁素体和针状铁素体的混合组织,随着冷却速度的增加,针状铁素体比例增加。 The paper introduces the law of phase transition during the continuous cooling of high strength hull plate FH40. The product of phase transition during the continuous cooling of hull plate FH40 is the mixture of various type microstructures. The mixture structure of polygonal ferrite and acicular ferrite are formed during the cooling ranging from 450℃ to 700℃ at a rate between 3 ℃/s and 18℃/s. With an increased cooling rate, the proportion of the acicular fen'ire is increased.
