蛋白质折叠与淀粉样沉积的产生

Protein Folding and Formation of Amyloid Deposition

摘要 蛋白质是生物体内一切功能的执行者,而蛋白质正确折叠则是发挥其生理功能的一个重要前提条件。近年来研究发现,蛋白质的错误折叠可以形成淀粉样沉积进而导致一些疾病的产生。探讨了蛋白质折叠和淀粉样纤维产生的机制。 Proteins take center stage in directing the working of living cell,but the folding of protein plays an important role in achieving their biological function.In recent years,a number of diseases are believed to be caused by amyloid deposition results from protein misfolding.In the paper we discuss the mechanisms of protein folding and the formation of amyloid fibrils.
