摘要
胎圈钢丝与橡胶的黏合性能是衡量胎圈钢丝质量好坏的重要指标。胎圈钢丝镀层表面涂抹一层均匀、厚度适中的涂层液,可以提高钢丝与橡胶的黏附性能。对不同规格、黏合性能的胎圈钢丝进行金相分析,发现黏合性能好的钢丝在涂膜前表面粗糙。对涂层液的化学成分进行红外分析,认定其主要成分为古马隆树脂。根据不同轮胎厂的混炼胶成分,配制出由羟基化液体橡胶、环氧化天然橡胶、氯丁橡胶、环氧树脂等构成的不同配方。对不同配方溶液的稳定性和涂后钢丝的性能及其稳定性进行测试,最终确定由一定比例的环氧化天然橡胶、氯丁橡胶、环氧树脂构成的涂层液使用效果最佳,可满足不同厂家的胶料配方和硫化体系要求。
Adhering property between bead wire and rubber is an important index to scale bead wire property. Daubing a layer of even and suitable thickness coating solution on bead wire can improve adhering property between bead wire and rubber. To do metallography analysis for bead wire with different size and adhering property, it is discovered that the surface of good adhering property bead wire is coarse before daubing. The chemical component of coating solution is analyzed by farinfrared, the main component is considered as eoumarone-indene resins. Different formulae composed of hydroxylating liquid rubber, epoxidizing natural rubber, polychloroprene rubber , epoxide resin are confected according to the component of dipping mix at different tyre factories. The stability of different formula solution, the property and stability of steel wire after coating are tested, the coating solution with optimum use efficiency is confirmed in the end , which is composed of proportion epoxidizing natural rubber, polychloroprene rubber and epoxide resin, it can satisfy the demand of rubber materials formula and sulfuration system of different factories.
