正交实验研究磷肥厂副产物氟硅酸制取白炭黑最佳工艺 被引量:2

Study on Optimal Techniques of White Carbon Black Made from By-product of Phosphate Fertilizer——Silicofluoric Acid by Orthogonal Experiment

摘要 为了得到用磷肥厂副产品氟硅酸和碳酸氢铵为原料制备白炭黑最佳工艺,用正交试验法研究了反应温度、配料比、搅拌速度、加料方式等对产品白炭黑比表面积和吸油值的影响情况。实验结果表明,原料配比和加料方式是影响产品的主要因素,最佳的工艺条件为反应温度80℃,原料配比6.2∶1,搅拌速度200 rpm,加料方式采用以氟硅酸为底液,NH4HCO330分钟滴加完。在此条件下制得的白炭黑,比表面积大于235 m2/g,吸油值达到国标GB10517-89技术指标要求。平行实验结果表明,该最佳工艺条件具有良好的重现性。 In order to gain the optimum technologic conditions of white carbon black made from silicofluoric acid liquor produced as by-product in the phosphate fertilizer plant reacting with the ammonium bicarbonate, the factors of effect on surface area and DBP of white carbon black, such as the reaction temperature, the ingredient ratio, the stirring speed and the adding method of feed, were studied by orthogonal experiment in this paper. The results show that the ingredient ratio and the adding method of added feed are primarily factors effecting on product, and optimum technological conditions are that the reaction temperature is 80℃, the ingredient ratio is in 6. 2 : 1, stirring speed is 200rpm, and the silicofluoric acid is used as bottom liquid and the ammonium bicarbonate is continual added to the reaction system in 30 minutes, the surface area of white carbon black produced under this technological conditions is more than 235 m^2/g , and DBP value meet with the GB10517 -89 quality requirements. The parallel experiment results show that these optimum technological conditions could be replay.
