金融危机对我国实施新资本协议的影响——评新资本协议的最新修改建议 被引量：4

摘要 正在演进中这场全球性金融危机对银行监管制度的有效性提出了一系列挑战,刚刚开始在发达国家实施的新资本协议也是争议焦点之一。本文首先讨论业界争论的四个重要问题:(1)国际化大银行遭受重创与新资本协议实施的关系;(2)流动性危机与资本监管的关系;(3)金融机构的"去杠杆"对资本监管的影响;(4)资本监管与风险管理的关系。第二部分评述巴塞尔委员会最新发布的几个新资本协议修改建议,最后分析金融危机和修改建议对我国实施新资本协议的影响。
