摘要
结合国内外实际使用状况，提出应该根据国家能源政策、产品能耗指标和当地能源条件，初投资和运行费用，产品使用寿命及可靠性，国际环保要求和我国环保法规进行集中空调系统中制冷（热）机组的选型。
Based on current situation at home and abroad, presents four principles to be followed in specifying the heating and cooling units, including to conform the country's energy policy, energy consumption index of the units and local energy conditions, to consider the first cost and operating expense, service life and reliability of the equipment, and national and international requirements and regulations in environment protection.
