摘要
国内图书馆法律问题真正受到关注是近几年的事,长期的人治状态造成《图书馆法》的缺失,图书馆作用表现的隐蔽性滞后性使图书馆管理长期得不到法律的关注。只有加快图书馆立法步伐,提高全社会对图书馆事业的关注程度,才能最终完善整个图书馆的法律保障体系,解决困扰图书馆管理的诸多法律问题,从而推动图书馆事业的整体发展。
The library law has recently been a public issue due to the deficiency of legal awareness in the rule of man and the lack of attention to the fimction of library. Only by completing the law-naalrlng as soon as possible and arousing the public concern about the library construction to set up legal supportive system for library can the law problems affilicting library be settled and the overall development of library be expected.
